You're a Being doing something while you're here on earth. Not the other way around.

Sometimes people become confused in what they do and their being.  We've all seen those that, after a long career they retire and seem to quickly age overnight and waste away in regret.  Recounting their past glories to anyone who'll listen.
"Doing-ness" and "Being-ness" are two vastly different things!

Recently a young women troubled by what she will do for a living once she graduates from college, asked me, what I thought she should focus upon?  I told her: Doing-ness and Being-ness are two parts of the answer.
What you will "do" will depend on what you're passions are and what the muse of your creativity leads you to.  You're "Being-ness" is a completely different matter!
You'll need to reach that silent part of you everyday to understand your "Being-ness!"  It's the very reason you came to this life!  You're a Being doing something while you're here on earth.  Not the other way around.

There are six challenges we'll face in life:

1.  The beliefs of our identity,
2.  Collecting the interpretations in regard to our beliefs,
3.  Causality of our beliefs,
4.  Sensory pains,
5.  Anticipated pains,
6.  Projected pain.

The first three challenges will help us deal with the last three.  Our being will be exposed in a crucible of reactions from others in the midst of their six challenges as well.  How well we deal in this crucible will determine the development of our emotional foundation and primal urge/attractors.  It will also determine the clarity of our introspection from our synchronous and asynchronous internal perspectives.

Just like the Irishman in Braveheart said: "Fine speech, now what?"

Like stated above, we need a practice of self-hypnosis to reach that silent part within us each and everyday.  To explore our being every moment if possible.  To become mindful of our mind full of doing-ness.  Why should we explore our being while alive?  Because it contains a complete set of instructions on how to deal with this life and it also contains all we'll ever need to deal with life's challenges!

Here's an easy method to get you started which will help you continually relax and remain in contact with the silence of your being during your busy day of doing-ness:

Become aware of the tip of your nose.  Now become aware of air coming in and going out.  Allow your breathing to become very gentle yet full.  And that's it!  Inhale gently and full.  Exhale gentle and full.  You'll be very surprised how it affects your day!  How you breathe will determine how you react to others.  And, how they react to you!

Return to Awareness...

Within the awareness each being possesses, is the life spark.

When life manifest, it first manifest as awareness, then energy, then finally form.

Whenever we need to do something, we return to a still silent state for a moment to access our inner awareness, and thereby access our life spark's empowering nature.

Without access to our awareness, we are only reacting in an impulsive manner.  When a group reacts in an impulsive manner, it's no more than a mob.  When mob's react in an impulsive manner, it causes national and international chaos.

The only way to mitigate chaos, is to provide simple methods to return to a state of stillness. To access our private awareness within.  And doing so, remember what makes us human by the experience of our life spark.

When humans experience their life spark, they immediately understand that spark is eternal.  It is The Source itself.  It creates, sustains, changes, transcends and is innocent simultaneously within us.

We spend most of our life looking for something outside ourselves to reflect the source within ourselves.  Until we make contact with our source within, we'll never find that experience outside ourselves.  Once we make contact with that source within ourselves, then everything outside ourselves becomes a clear reflection of that source experience within us.  As above, so below.

Habits seem almost impossible to break or even change just a little bit.  The habit of living moment by moment, day by day, year by year in worry, pain and fear becomes almost addictive in it's visceral experience.  Some even brag as though it's normal, about how angry they can become.  How enraged they can display.  Power, fame, sex, sleep, hunger, aggression, flight and wealth.  All these are primal motivations that urge us to react.  Instead of tempering our decisions by bringing those urges before our own source, we just react and pay the consequences for those actions.

We have so many resources within ourselves to draw upon to make this world better.  It only takes a few moments of your day to access those resources within yourself.

I've provided the first set of instructions in my free eBook - The Hypnotic Keys - You will never be the same again!  Which you can download from scribd at:

It's my contribution to making this world a better place to live in.

See you in the Light,

Michael
