People the world over are in a habit of throwing coins into a fountain and making a wish. It's a very curious practice that is similar to deep state hypnosis. Within a very deep state of relaxation where theta brainwave activity is detected. Any suggestion at this level will take root and be translated into action. The subconscious will do everything possible to manifest that suggestion at that level.
Even Indian mystics knew this process as we can see in Pantanjali's Asphorisms:
1. Dharana is the mind's (Chitta's) fixation on a particular point in space.
2. In that (Dharana) the continuous flow of similar mental modifications is called Dhyana or meditation.
3. When the object of meditation only shines forth in the mind, as though devoid of the thought of even the self (who is meditating), then that State is called Samadhi or concentration.
4. The three together on the same object is called Samyama.
5. By mastering that (Samyama), the light of knowledge (Prajna) dawns.
6. It (Samyama) is to be applied to the stages (of practice).
7. These three are more intimate practices than the previously mentioned ones.
If we strip away the flowery language it breaks down to:
1. We introduce a single thought such as: Love.
2. We allow that thought to sink into the silence of our deep hypnosis say for 30 seconds.
3. That absorbed thought (much like a sponge absorbs water) will manifest into form or action.
4. This is known as Samyama (which means: holding together, tying up, binding).
5. The "light" of knowledge is the experience of absorbing a thought into that deep silence of theta level hypnosis and having it manifest into form or action.
6 & 7. Most perform loosely defined goal meditation. Whereas the process of deep theta level hypnosis working with the thought: Love, targets the subconscious to experience Love. Anything that the subconscious experiences will bubble to the surface of the conscious mind.
Think of the possibilities of this Hypnotic Key. It's much like Time-line Hypnosis on steroids.
The practice is very simple! You can do it the first thing in the morning as you're waking from deep rest. Or you can do it after using the 1st and 2nd Hypnotic Key contained in my free eBook listed below.
Introduce the following thoughts with what feels like 30 second pauses as you let the thought sink into the silence of your rest:
Love,
Radience,
Unity,
Health
Strength,
Abundance,
Wisdom,
Inner sensuality,
Compare the body to ether with the lightness of a cotton fiber,
Boundless Joy.
So, you've just awoke. Let the thought: Love. And now let it sink into the silence and rest you've just experience all night. Repeat Love again and let it sink.
Now, move onto the next word: Radience. Let it sink. Do each word twice with what feels like a 30 second interval between the words.
Do this practice of Fixation, Concentration and Absorption for 30 days. You'll notice a profound and deep change in your life. Your life will never be the same again!
If you'd like more hypnotic keys to practice. Feel free to download my free eBook of Hypnotic Keys - Your life will never be the same again!
Once you know how to steer your ship, you'll probably run into fewer rocks!

You're a Being doing something while you're here on earth. Not the other way around.
Sometimes people become confused in what they do and their being. We've all seen those that, after a long career they retire and seem to quickly age overnight and waste away in regret. Recounting their past glories to anyone who'll listen.
"Doing-ness" and "Being-ness" are two vastly different things!
Recently a young women troubled by what she will do for a living once she graduates from college, asked me, what I thought she should focus upon? I told her: Doing-ness and Being-ness are two parts of the answer.
What you will "do" will depend on what you're passions are and what the muse of your creativity leads you to. You're "Being-ness" is a completely different matter!
You'll need to reach that silent part of you everyday to understand your "Being-ness!" It's the very reason you came to this life! You're a Being doing something while you're here on earth. Not the other way around.
There are six challenges we'll face in life:
1. The beliefs of our identity,
2. Collecting the interpretations in regard to our beliefs,
3. Causality of our beliefs,
4. Sensory pains,
5. Anticipated pains,
6. Projected pain.
The first three challenges will help us deal with the last three. Our being will be exposed in a crucible of reactions from others in the midst of their six challenges as well. How well we deal in this crucible will determine the development of our emotional foundation and primal urge/attractors. It will also determine the clarity of our introspection from our synchronous and asynchronous internal perspectives.
Just like the Irishman in Braveheart said: "Fine speech, now what?"
Like stated above, we need a practice of self-hypnosis to reach that silent part within us each and everyday. To explore our being every moment if possible. To become mindful of our mind full of doing-ness. Why should we explore our being while alive? Because it contains a complete set of instructions on how to deal with this life and it also contains all we'll ever need to deal with life's challenges!
Here's an easy method to get you started which will help you continually relax and remain in contact with the silence of your being during your busy day of doing-ness:
Become aware of the tip of your nose. Now become aware of air coming in and going out. Allow your breathing to become very gentle yet full. And that's it! Inhale gently and full. Exhale gentle and full. You'll be very surprised how it affects your day! How you breathe will determine how you react to others. And, how they react to you!
